What are fragrance oils?

Our fragrance oils are highly concentrated scents that are free from alcohol. Compared to traditional perfumes, they are designed to be longer-lasting and provide a more personal fragrance experience that develops uniquely with your skin chemistry.

Are your fragrances the same as the designer ones?

Our products are our own unique impressions inspired by iconic scents from around the world. Maison Aura Co. is not affiliated in any way with designer brands; we have simply created our own versions to capture the essence of aromas we admire, making them accessible to everyone.

How long does the scent last?

Due to the high concentration of our oil-based formulas, our fragrances are very long-lasting. A small application can last for many hours and will evolve beautifully throughout the day.

Are your fragrance oils safe for skin?

Yes. All of our products are formulated with premium, skin-safe ingredients and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are gentle on your skin.

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped with USPS, it typically takes another 3-5 business days for delivery. You can expect your package to arrive within 4-7 business days from when you place your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains your USPS tracking number.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $15.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I return a fragrance if I've already opened it?

Yes. We understand that you need to try a scent to know if it's right for you. We accept returns on opened products, but we do ask that the fragrance has not been significantly used.
