Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to getting your new fragrances to you as quickly as possible. We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

To provide prompt service, we ship orders placed before 9:00 AM EST on the same day. Any orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day. Our fulfillment operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $15. All of our packages are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and can sometimes vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
